This strikingly modern hexagonal money box was one of a series made to commemorate the investiture of HRH Prince Charles as Prince of Wales in 1969. The money box is made from the traditional black basalt body and is transfer-printed in gold with a Welsh dragon and the Prince of Wales’ feathers.
