The sixth generation
This chapter includes biographies of Josiah Wedgwood V, Audrey Wedgwood, and Camilla Wedgwood.
Josiah Wedwood V was a true visionary who was responsible for Wedgwood’s resurgent success in the Twentieth Century, overseeing the move from Etruria to Barlaston.
Audrey was responsible for managing the factory during WW1, and became Company Secretary in 1918 - both feats were extraordinary for a woman in that era.
Similarly, Camilla was an extraordinary woman. She was an eminent anthropologist in Papua New Guinea, and a lecturer at Sydney University.
