Education workshops
Workshops are an invaluable way to cement the learning that takes place in a museum - and have a lot of fun at the same time! Let us know in advance what the desired learning outcomes are for your group and we can tailor the workshop to meet your needs
The following workshops are currently available:
Virtual Portrait Medallion - An opportunity for your students to create their own digital version of Wedgwood's iconic portrait medallion. This workshop is suitable for KS2 and above.
Etruscan Breadwinners - Explore Wedgwood's factory at Etruria and find out about the ordinary people with extraordinary skills who made Wedgwood ware in the Victorian era.
Personal Guidebook - Be privileged! Photography is not allowed in the museum - but we'll make an exception for you. Create your own digital guidebook of your favourite objects from the galleries. This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities.
